- Graves, J. (Richman, Haynes, Graves), trademark infringement
- Affirming in part, reversing in part judgment as a matter of law in favor of defendant on plaintiff’s trademark-infringement claims, and remanding for further proceedings.

- Healthy Gulf v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 22-60397, petition for review of USACE permit
- Smith, J. (King, Smith, Elrod), administrative law
- Denying petition for review of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit for construction of a liquefied natural gas production and export terminal and pipeline, rejecting challengers’ arguments that the permit decision violated the Clean Water Act and was arbitrary and capricious. Specifically, the Court rejected the plaintiffs’ arguments that the USACE failed to assess all alternative sites for the facility, and that the USACE failed to justify deviation from “the statutory hierarchy of compensatory mitigation schemes.”
